NOTICE

Effective with a Debtor(s) petition date of May 1, 2013,
the Trustee will no longer serve a copy of an Order to Pay Wages
upon a Debtor(s) employer. Counsel for the Debtor(s)
will serve the Order to Pay Wages. Pursuant to court procedure
implemented on August 15, 2008, the Trustee will continue
amending an Order to Pay Wages. However, the Trustee
will no longer serve a copy of such amended order upon a
Debtor(s) employer as of May 1, 2013. Counsel for the Debtor(s)
will serve the Amended Order to Pay Wages.
