Effective 6/5/18: Upon completion of the online Personal Financial Management course through the Trustees’ Education Network at http://www.13class.com/ , the Trustee will upload the Certificate of Debtor Education to the United States Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office. If a Debtor chooses to take the course through another approved agency, the Debtor is then responsible for uploading the Certificate of Debtor Education to the United States Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office.
